Work life balance is mostly know as a time management issue, with the understanding of giving equal time for work and personal life. However, some argue that the truly balance life isn't just about time spent equally, but about the quality and the fulfillment of both work and personal life.

Especially in the IT industry, to my knowledge they require more work-life balance because they have long hours to sit infront of machines. Some can argue that these machine-oriented work can be so stressful at times.
