It allows faster processing of large amounts of data, mobility, convenience, etc. To meet client expectations and increase business, IT companies should stay ahead of this trend to offer more innovative solutions. Whether employee engagement drivers effect IT innovation. Based on the literature research, leadership style, rewards and recognition, and training and development were selected as three primary employee engagement drivers and assessed for their association and relevance on innovation.   Work-life balance is a concept that is used so frequently, but it may be quite difficult to describe. In general, the term "work-life balance" describes how much time and effort we allocate to both our personal and professional lives. Because of this, a healthy work-life balance is characterized by fulfilling careers, manageable levels of workplace stress, and time spent doing meaningful and stimulating activities. Campbell, R. (2022).

The IT industry is known for its rapid technological advancements. From artificial intelligence and machine learning to cloud computing and cybersecurity, the landscape is constantly changing.
